The Murditch Minnow is an excellent streamer for predatory fish especially Largemouth, Smallmouth Bass in the spring and the occasional Brown Trout.  Don't forget Northern Musky and Pickerel. The retrieve is easy; just experiment with stop and goes, long pause, short pause, side to side and hang on tight. My go to set up for the Murditch Minnow is Devin's Evolution rod 9 ft 7 weight with sink tip line, Hoots Furled Leader 3 ft barrel swivel with three to two feet of 10 lb to 20 lb test.
