The Minni Mouse is an excellent imitation of a mouse. A smaller variation of the Master Splinter that can be thrown on a 5/w. With a foam body it floats. What eats a mouse you ask? A lot of predatory fish including largemouth and smallmouth bass, trout, chain pickerel, and the occasional musky or pike. There are so many different ways to fish this but just like with any streamer experiment with the retrieve. If you're trying to imitate a mouse do a slow retrieve with little bursts, mice ain't very good swimmers. But if you want it to be loud especially at night give it some good jerks and between slow retrieves make it splash, make it loud, make it known.
