Horse Lies came together when a great friend asked about a dry fly that imitates a Horse Fly. Then BOOM. An idea popped into my head, did a whole bunch of tests and Horse Lies was made. Will work everywhere there is Horse Flies or House Flies. I know this for a fact they are everywhere. 6x and 7x tippet and tapered leader are good choices. I like to use 5X with a foot of 6x tippett when it is cloudy. Dry dropper works great with Hoot's River Juan, and Hoot's Zebra Midge. More sizes coming soon.
